Dubbo 3D DayÂ
We are excited to offer our 3D/4D ultrasound services in Dubbo once again, giving you the opportunity to bond with your baby like never before. All scans are performed by a qualified sonographer who is dedicated to providing the highest quality images and ensuring a comfortable, memorable experience for every family.
Please note that our 3D scans are for entertainment purposes only and are not diagnostic. These scans do not replace the routine diagnostic ultrasounds requested by your doctor. Because they are for bonding and enjoyment, no referral is required, and they are not covered by Medicare or health funds.
We're running this 3D day a little differently to previous ones
The plan is to make the day a little more flexible so there's time for a walk if baby isn't co-operating and to make these scans more affordable.

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:
Choose a Scan Type or PackageÂ
Whether you're choosing a mini scan or a package, each has a clear focus and is designed to provide a memorable bonding experience with your little one.Â
Pick an Appointment Block Time
To make the day more flexible and convenient, we're trying something new with our appointment scheduling. Instead of specific appointment times, you'll select an appointment block time—for example, 9-10am.Â
You can arrive anytime within your block, but must be there by the half-hour mark (e.g., 9:30am for the 9-10am block). Scans will be done on a first-come, first-served basis within each block.
If your baby isn’t in the best position during the scan, you’ll have the option to go for a walk, grab a snack, or fill up your bladder while the next person is scanned. This system allows more time for babies who need a little extra coaxing, without the pressure of a strict time slot!
If you need to change your appointment time, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email.

Complete the Booking and Intake Form
To secure your spot, simply click the Book An Appointment button, choose your scan/package, select your appointment block, and complete the 25% non-refundable deposit payment. Please note, if payment isn’t completed during the booking process, the appointment won’t be successfully booked.Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email right away.
Keep an eye on your email for the 3D Patient Intake Form which will come through as soon as you book. This form is required for every booking.Â
The remaining balance will be automatically deducted from your card on the morning of your appointment.

3D/4D Entertainment Ultrasound - $95
3D Sneak Peek Scan
Introducing the 3D Sneak Peek for just $95 – a magical opportunity to see your baby in stunning 3D detail before they make their grand debut. This scan focuses on capturing those precious first facial expressions, with digital images for you to treasure and share.
When’s the best time for a 3D scan?
We can perform 3D scans from 16 weeks onward. However, for the clearest view of your baby’s face, the ideal time is between 28 and 32 weeks. After 32 weeks, we can still do the scan, but the images will depend on your baby’s position and the amount of amniotic fluid.
What if baby doesn’t cooperate?
Every baby and pregnancy is unique! A successful scan depends on many factors like your baby’s stage of development, amniotic fluid, placenta location, and your baby's position. If you're unsure whether we'll get good images, we can take a quick look, and you can decide whether to continue. If you choose not to continue, your appointment fee will be refunded.
The 3D Sneak Peek is a beautiful way to connect with your baby and create lasting memories, whether you're early in your pregnancy or further along. It’s a heartwarming experience that you can cherish forever and share with your loved ones.

Gender Discovery Scan
The Gender Discovery Scan is a 2D ultrasound priced at $95, focused on identifying your baby’s gender. Available from 16 weeks onward, this scan aims to reveal whether you're expecting a boy or girl. While we do our best to confirm gender, it’s important to note that gender is not guaranteed—what we can see depends entirely on your baby’s position and stage of development on the day.
In most cases, we get a pretty good look at gender from 17 weeks. If there is difficulty in identifying gender, it maybe developmental or positional. If it is purely positional, you’ll have the option to go for a walk and try again. However, if the issue is related to your baby’s stage of development or hormonal influence, walking or moving won't help—your baby may just need a bit more time to grow. If we’re unable to get a satisfactory look, you can choose not to continue with the scan, and your fee will be fully refunded.
You can opt to find out the gender during the scan, or we can write it down for a surprise reveal later. We also offer confetti cannons for purchase to take home for an extra special announcement!
Though the main focus of this scan is on gender, if your baby is in a good position, we’ll capture some 2D images as a bonus keepsake like their profile, arms, or legs. This scan offers an exciting and memorable way to determine if they're a boy or girl before your 20 week scan or to confirm what you were told from another scan. It's a perfect way to bond with your baby and share the joy with loved ones.

THE PERFECT PREGNANCY KEEPSAKE - $140
Heartbeat Teddy Scan
Introducing the Heartbeat Teddy Scan for just $140 – a beautiful and personal keepsake that lets you cherish the sound of your baby’s heartbeat for years to come. Available from 16 weeks onward, we record your baby’s heartbeat via doppler ultrasound and place it inside a soft, cuddly teddy bear that you can take home with you on the day. You’ll also receive a digital recording of the heartbeat, perfect for sharing with family or keeping as a special memento.
While the main focus of this scan is capturing your baby’s heartbeat, we’ll also include a few 2D ultrasound images of your baby, depending on their position. These images are an added keepsake that complements your heartbeat recording, giving you a lovely snapshot of your little one.
You can choose from a range of beautiful teddies, including both gender-neutral and more colourful, gender-themed options. If you'd like additional teddies for family or friends, you can purchase extra teddies for $45 each, so everyone can share in this precious memory.

The Ultimate 3D, Gender & Heartbeat Package ($235) delivers the full experience for parents who want it all. This package includes the 3D Sneak Peek and Heartbeat Teddy Scans plus optional Gender Discovery if you want to find out what baby is—all in one session, giving you a comprehensive look at your little one with some precious keepsakes.
With an appointment time of 20-30 minutes, we’ll have plenty of time to capture stunning 3D images, find out your baby’s gender (if visible and you want to know - it's completely optional), and record their heartbeat.
